Monkey Munch

I have been wanting to make "Monkey Munch" for awhile now and decided to take the plunge today. It's really good! Don't care for the TV show that promotes it, but will definitely make this again!

Enjoy!

Monkey Munch

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter or margarine

Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. 3. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Weird Wet Spot

So I was vacuuming my Sienna this afternoon because it finally stopped raining and my van was in desperate need. When I lifted up the front passenger mat to get underneath I was startled to see a wet spot on the floor! Upon further investigation I find that nothing else is wet....not even the carpet piece that lays over it! So I Goggled it and found that this is a problem in some Sienna's and now I have to call to take it in. I made it over a year so far without having to take it in, which is more than I could say about my last van (piece of junk MPV). While it's there I'm going to have them also look at my manual sliding door as sometimes it doesn't latch and stay open. Little issue I've had for awhile but not worthy of a wasted afternoon at the service center.

So, if anyone has a copy of Karen Kingsbury's final book in her series and won't be using it this week, can I steal it for something to read? I'm hoping to make the appointment for Tuesday.

As if I have nothing else better to do with my time......
